Applications are invited from researchers at all career stages working in quantum technologies to participate in the high-profile Demonstrating Quantum event on Thursday 29^th April 2027, 6 – 9 pm at The Institute of Civil Engineers, One Great George Street, London.

The event will give participants the opportunity to present their quantum research to key government representatives, senior policymakers, funders and industry, through an interactive showcase of posters and demonstrations.

The showcase aims to:

• Highlight the breadth and impact of quantum technologies research across the UK

• Strengthen engagement between the UK Quantum Technology Hubs and government stakeholders

• Provide a platform for researchers to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively

• Raise the national profile of UK quantum research and innovation

Participation Details

• Up to 50 presenters will be selected

• Each presenter will be allocated a display pod (~1 metre width)

• Space may be used for:  

     o Posters

     o Small demonstrators
